Stop saying tomorrow when all you do is wish you looked better now. Stop saying you’ll diet next week when you dream of being skinny today. Stop saying you’ll go out more when you’re thin when it takes being more active to lose weight. Stop saying just one more unhealthy meal. Stop saying just a few more junk foods. Stop wishing & start doing! You’ll never get to your goal weight/body by putting it off! Sure it’s hard to start eating healthy and cut out the crap, sure it’s hard to exercise and be more active, sure it’s hard to say “no” to what you’re craving, But IT’S TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! You can spend the rest of your life wishing your body looked amazing while eating unhealthy and processed foods, or you can have the body of your dreams while eating healthy meals! It’s a mind thing that you have to have certain foods. Saying “no” to unhealthy foods does get a little easier, but it is still tempting. Craving junk food becomes less the more you resist. Not drinking soda/pop makes you crave it less. You don’t need any of those unhealthy foods to feel complete. You shouldn’t reward yourself with food. You are worth it more than how you treat yourself. YOU ONLY GET ONE BODY, DON’T RUIN IT!!!!
